I am lucky enough to be spending this week in Austin, TX at the TCEA 2013 Convention: Fusion- Learning in a New Light. It is an action-packed week where thousands of educators come to share their knowledge with anyone willing to listen.
I will be tweeting some of my discoveries throughout the week. Follow me on Twitter: @pwagnerlcisd, or follow the hashtag #TCEA2013. It will give you more information than you can handle!
I am also presenting twice this year during the week with some of my teammates. Both sessions are workshop sessions.
The first session, “Google Apps Walk and Talk” (session 133662), is being presented Wednesday, February 6, from 11:30-1:00. I am presenting with @DustyRoden and @MrsJDyer for this one. We will be covering some of the different Google Applications and how they can be used in the classroom.
The second session, “Let’s Get Dig-i-tal…Dig-i-tal” (session 133652), is on Thursday, February 7, from 1:30-4:30. @DustyRoden and @MandyrBryan are my co-presenters for this one. We will be focusing on project creation for PC and iPads. You will walk away with some great project ideas!
If you happen to be attending one of the sessions, please introduce yourself! I would love to get to know you.
The LCISD Tech Team is presenting a large number of sessions this year. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed in any of them. For a complete list of my teammates sessions, visit our iCafe website.
